WHAT IS MYAHP?

MyAHP is a new way of communicating with our practice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Through this portal AHP Primary Care patients can:

• Make an appointment for same-day well-visits and acute care visits. (Appointments for same-day care can be made after 8pm the night prior via MyAHP).

• View your child's current Problems, Medications, and Allergies and request changes in the medical record if it is incorrect.

• View your child's current Immunizations and request a more easily-read version to be "printed" to your portal.

• Request prescription refills on current medications.

• View the address, contact information, insurance, and preferred pharmacy information that we have on file and request a change if it is incorrect or no longer current.

• Get email reminders of upcoming appointments, or view appointments at a glance.

• Confirm or cancel an appointment electronically.

• Request almost any medical document to be "printed" to your portal, where you'll have access to it any time from anywhere.
